Due to the nature of sealed age-restricted tobacco products, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where possible. If an order cannot be completed because age verification fails, payment cannot be confirmed, stock is unavailable, or the order appears suspicious or fraudulent, the order may be cancelled and refunded where appropriate.
